Mummy is home

Hello, my dear friends!

Mummy is back home from her woodland shopping …. πŸ™‚

She made happy her boys with some nice gifts….a lot of big daisy flowers and a ladybird…

There are also some oak leaves and a candy cornflower, and another ladybird….

And some simple five little flowers….

With these sweet and nice gifts,Mummy owl made her nest so warm and cozy,a place where all the family will spend a lot of happy moments…

My dears,I hope you like my few minutes ago finished Winter (or Owl… I can’t choose….) wreath.Well,I was mostly inspired by the Easter wreath of Attic24. My work is not so rich as Lucy’s but I like the softness of the wool yarn I used and the warmth that flows out from my wreath. The flowers are all outcomes of the patterns included in Suzann Thompsons’ books,Β Crochet Garden and Crochet Bouquet, my best purchase ever. I have already crocheted an owl following the pattern found here and I made the ones of the wreath in the same way. But the main inspirantion for the little family is due to the nice Cre8tion Crochet blog… πŸ™‚

I think that it will look nice hanged on the wall of a baby boy’s room …

I wish you all a nice afternoon… πŸ˜€
